Meal: Full breakfast US$25 daily per person plus 18% tax and service. Dinner US$75 daily per person plus 18% tax & service. Children: meals charged as taken.
Children: Welcomedyear round. Up to 2 children under 12 years stay free when sharing with 2 adults in the following accommodation: 1 Bedroom Villa Suite, 1 Bedroom Villa Suite plus Jacuzzi, and in 2 or 3 Bedroom Villa Suites (if adults utilising existing bedrooms). Infants under 2 years are accommodated free sharing (cot provided).
Minimum stay: 7 nights over Christmas and New Year
Payment Policy: a 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The balance of the stay is payable on arrival at the hotel (at Christmas and/or New Year the balance is payable 60 days in advance). Cap Maison accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Cancellation: a 3 night cancellation charge will apply to all bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival the full amount is payable. The following exceptions apply:
21 December to 03 January the charge for bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival is the loss of deposit. Between 30 and 7 days prior to the arrival date the charge is 50% of the total value of the booking or the deposit (whichever is the greater). Cancellations within 7 days the full amount is payable.
Cap Maison strongly advises that guests take out insurance that covers them for any cancellation charges.
